The Mercedes-AMG CLE 53 4MATIC+ (C236) is the sole AMG performance coupe of the new era, succeeding both the C-Class and E-Class AMG coupes in a single, sharper package. Under that long, sculpted bonnet: an AMG-tuned 3.0-litre turbocharged inline-six with 48 V EQ Boost mild-hybrid assistance, producing 449 hp and 500 Nm of torque. Zero to 100 km/h in 4.0 seconds, announced by the unmistakable mechanical growl of a straight-six at full chat.

AMG Performance 4MATIC+ all-wheel drive biases torque rearward for a sporting balance, while the 9-speed AMG SPEEDSHIFT TCT wet-clutch gearbox fires off changes that feel almost telepathic. In Race mode the steering tightens, the exhaust opens up, and the CLE reminds you exactly what it is.

Outside, the proportions are pure coupe — low roofline, elongated doors, AMG-specific grille and diffuser, large-diameter alloys. Inside, twin 12.3-inch MBUX screens and AMG sport seats hold you precisely in place wherever the road leads.
